In this home renovation project, we tackled two spaces: the bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom required cosmetic changes and we had to upgrade the finishes to meet the client's preferences. However, the kitchen was a full gut job and did require changes that spanned over more than just finishes. For the kitchen, the primary goal was to add more space to the current area and we did that by making a few changes. This required the removal of soffits, a wall and a washer-dryer closet to make more space for the family to spend time in the kitchen.
